Postovani,imam problem sa hranom.Stalno sam bila na nekim dijetama,jer od srednje skole sam kuburila sa viskom kg.Kada sam na jedvite jade uspela da doteram liniju,sad imam problem i sa odrzavanjem kg i generalno sa HRANOM.Pocnem da sledim neki program, drzim se malo,i posustanem,imam veliki apetit,i stalno mislim sta cu i kad da jedem.Kad pogresim,onda pojedem sve sto stignem.Inace se tako [otrefi da u proseku jednom mesecno pojedem sve sto stignem.Intereasntno je sto kad dodju takvi dana prezderavanja,mene nista ne boli,brze mi vreme prolazi,nista mi ne smeta,jer samo jedem,i to sve sto volim,cokolade,keks,itd i mogu veliku kolicinu hrane da pojedem.Posle sledi osecaj krivice i nesanica jer razmisljam cele noci kako \”od sutra moram da budem disciplinovana\”.I sada mi setaju kilogrami,mnogo ih lako dobijam a tesko gubim.S jedne strane zelim da izgledam lepo,a sa druge mi smeta sto samo brojim sebi zalogaje itd,i sto sam programirana,kao da ne zivim normalno.I nijedan program ishrane nisam prihvatila kao svoj stil zivota ocigledo cim tako odustajem i prelazi s jednog na drugi.
